The Customer Service team provides after sales service for customers; the team objective is to provide exceptional service in all customer interactions. If you have a relentless passion for building relationships, providing outstanding support to customers and thrive in a culture of empowerment, this is the opportunity for you

The role

  • Providing exceptional, elevated after-sales service to customers and introducers
  • Identify customer needs in relation to requests for payout quotes, statements, updated contact or payment details and general loan information, clarify information and provide accurate responses or solutions
  • Update all aspects of customer contact within the loan and customer account management systems, maintaining accurate & detailed records
  • Work with risk management to identify current and potential operational risks and develop suitable mitigation/prevention strategies in conjunction with peers  
What we're looking for
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service - take your current retail or contact centre experience to that next level working in an office based setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions and monitor outcomes
  • A high level of motivation and passion to deliver exceptional, seamless customer experiences
  • A desire & motivation to build a long term career
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • The ability to take initiative and look for best ways to consistently improve business results & processes with your efforts promoted and supported
  • Sound computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft suites
