Tenacity CX have partnered with a leading Health Insurance provider and have a limited number of full time opportunities to join their Customer Care & Retention team based in Parramatta.

Contribute to a team of high performing and collaborative customer service consultants servicing nationwide customers delivering exceptional service and support via inbound calls and live webchat enquiries. This is a great opportunity to kick start your career into the world of Insurance!  

The customer care team is responsible for promoting group products and delivering exceptional service and solutions to existing members to ensure  best outcomes are always being sought for each individual client.

The role
  • Manage inbound service calls relating to policy and product enquires
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening skills
  • Endeavour to resolve member issues in a timely and effective manner with the aim of retaining the customer through positive interactions
  • Customer experience and first call resolutions are key
  • Provide a personal and sincere customer service experience in every interaction 
  • Work towards set KPI's and targets
  • Managing and updating client records
 What we are looking for
  • Previous customer service experience is a must - Previous f2f customer service experience working towards KPI's (retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded) - kickstart your career to the next level
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident, friendly & outgoing personality
  • Consultative approach to customer service and the ability to communicate complex information.
